The business itself becomes a live case study, and the valley provides the backdrop for practical, experiential learning.
Teams typically start with a foundational experience—a focused day covering one or more of these areas.
From there, we support organisations more deeply through Transform and Unleash programmes, helping to infuse the approach across teams and day-to-day work.
