The Design
It starts with you...
Where you are at and where you want to be.
This includes an analysis of team structure, leadership, challenges, aims and objectives.
We then jointly design The Transform Programme to run over a six month period giving your people experiential training days, coaching, immersive retreats and detailed reports to transform your team to a progressive, ever improving part of your organisation.
We follow up the programme with review sessions and ask for comprehensive feedback to help you maintain and continue progress.

The Experience
The experience is fun and immersive for the whole team. During their time on the programme, individuals will get:

A One Day introductory Team Day at Meon Springs for where we meet the team and explain the programme.

Online training and materials to help them understand the key concepts, throughout the programme.

A two day experiential retreat at Meon Springs, where the "Dreamwork for Teamwork" really happens.

Individual and group coaching and mentoring to help answer different queries and support with challenges.
The Results
As the programme unfolds, the team's input shapes and refines the experience itself.
And once it formally ends, we continue to assess and support to ensure that the progression continues and the team keep moving forward - more clear, better aligned, healthier and happier.
